PROCESSING TIME

Custom orders take 2-3 weeks; however, this lead time can be shorter or longer depending on volume. In the event of a change to lead time, We will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

ABOUT THE WOOD

Real wood has grains, knots, pitting, cracks, and mineral deposits. While we take all the proper steps in the building process, like kiln drying, stabilization, bracing, and proper finishing, real wood can bow, crown or split on occasion. Each piece will be as unique as the natural wood that we work with.

No refunds.
